This apartment is situated on the ground floor on the north side of the house. The garden has a stone table, iron chairs, outdoor shower and barbecue. There is parking in the garden. You reach the apartment through the northern side of the garden.
The apartment has a kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator / freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Above the kitchen there is an open fireplace, dining area, a sofa bed for two people (either as a double bed or two single beds) and satellite TV. The living room has access to the bedroom, decorated with a double bed, a cot and a single bed (fee). Bathroom with a shower. The living room has a door to the neighboring apartment, which makes it possible to rent the two apartments together (request).
Beach
The owner offers to using his private sand area, located north of Marina di Castagneto. This is an area of about 10,000 sqm along the coast, which is part of an enclosed botanical garden with flowers and plants.
Bed linen, kitchen linen, towels, water, electricity and final cleaning are included in the rental price.
