Rural Apartment to enjoy a relaxing holiday or up to 4 people (possibility of 6).

The apartment is part of a recently reformed rural farmhouse which is situated in a privileged area of la Toscana, which contains four cosy apartments in total. The apartments can be located in the ground or in first floor and each apartment has its own entrance.

Unna is a beautiful first floor apartment (65 m2). It is furnished with taste in a rustic style, typical of this Italian area, and decorated with lovely handmade details. It contains a spacious living-dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen. There is TV, a sofa and the possibility of satellite TV. There are two double bedrooms -one with single beds-, and one independent bathroom. There is a baby cot available included in the price.
Two extra beds can be requested leading to a maximum occupancy up to 6 people (see rates below).

In front of the entrance there is a private outside area with table and chairs to enjoy the fresh air in intimacy.
The communal outdoor area has a big swimming-pool (7x12), sunbeds and parasols, barbeque, playground for children, table-tennis, a bocce courts, a bagatelle table and covered parking facilities. There is also a large communal lounge area to enjoy any kind of group events or just relax.

There are plenty of activities to make the most of your holiday without the necessity of leaving the farm. The kind owners live 100 meter away from the apartments and they will happily show you the surroundings or how they undertake the farm’s daily activities. They will also cook wonderful meals for you if you wish to or if you prefer to cook yourself, they will provide you with delightful home-grown products.
