This beautiful villa was built in the eighteenth century as a monastery, but it has been recently renovated and restored. It consists now of 10 apartments, which can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. The interesting architectural details that the villa has kept provide a special atmosphere that will catch your inspiration. The apartments are furnished and equipped to a high standard quality.
Surroundings:
In a few minutes’ walk you can reach the charming medieval village of Colle di Val d'Elsa, which offers its visitors a variety of small shops and restaurants. It is a perfect place to relax after a great day of sightseeing. The wonderful location of the villa allows the visitors to enjoy the view of San Gimignano's towers, not so far away. Other possible trips are: Florence (45km), Siena (20km), Volterra (25km).
Interior:
This apartment is situated on the second floor (50m2) (next to Lea IX). It consists of a large room, where the kitchen and the dining room (with a double sofa bed) are. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The apartment has mosquito nets, central heating, satellite TV, washing machine and a lounge area in the garden.
Outdoor:
Each apartment has a private garden or terrace and a parking lot. In the area around the large communal pool (7m x 14m) you find a bathroom and dressing rooms, as well as a terrace with sunbeds where you can enjoy the beautiful view. The villa is surrounded by nature and a beautiful landscape.
