On the private ground with aprox. 1000m2, completely fenced, is the house SON MENUT, some 110m2 living-area plus 2 covered terraces, all on one level:
Entrance over the terrace to the living-room, with fireplace, sofa, Satellite-TV, Radico-CD, and dining-place. Kitchen completely equipped with gas-cooker (4flams), electric oven, dish-washer, fridge/freeser (combi, 2 doors), micro-weave, coffee-machine, teapot, toaster, etc.
4 bedrooms with 2 beds each (beds in 3 rooms200x90cm,and in 1 room 180x90cm). 1 complete bath/WC and 1 shower/WC.

Parking on the ground.
Conditions
- Capacity: max. 8 adults plus baby
- Minimum stay: 7 nights
- Deposit-money: Euros 300€ to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned
before departure.
